16 new infected with the coronavirus in Trondheim

The case is being updated.

On Monday 31 May, 16 new people were registered who have tested positive for covid-19 in Trondheim.

Of those infected, eight are men and eight are women. 15 are infected by known close contacts, one has an unknown source of infection.

Age distribution:

3 in the 0 years

4 in the 10s

4 in their 20s

2 in their 30s

1 in the 50s

2 in the 60s

1526 tests were conducted in Trondheim on Monday.

Vaccine

This week, the most second and first doses are still given to risk group 7 (from GPs’ risk lists). From Thursday, the invitation to people under 65 will start. Those invited from Thursday will receive the second dose after 12 weeks.

In total, Trondheim will receive 12,990 doses this week. That is the highest number for a week so far. Next week, the municipality will receive 10,710 doses where the age group 55-64 will be prioritized.

53,571 (32.1% of people over the age of 18) have received the first dose and 34,060 (20.4%) the second dose.

85+: First dose 92.6% (3309 subjects) and 89.8% (3208) second dose.

75-84: First dose 97.4% (9495) and 94.5% (9212) second dose.

65-74: First dose 94.2% (16572) and 64.0% (11262) second dose.

55-64: First dose 35.8% (7862 and 10.3% (2253) second dose.

45-54: First dose 22.6% (5974) and 9.3% (2464) second dose.

18-44: First dose 11.8% (10365) and 6.5% (5661) second dose

98,215 first-dose vaccinations remain before 90% of all people over the age of 18 have received a dose.
