Traditionally at the beginning of the year, vhw offers you the opportunity to find out about current case law and legal developments in public construction law with this training event.
As part of the seminar, the latest case law from the Federal Administrative Court and the Administrative Court of the State of Baden-Württemberg on building planning and building regulations will be presented. The case law with the greatest practical relevance is selected from the large number of case law references. The relevant judgments or resolutions are explained and evaluated with commentary, because not every new case law necessarily leads to a change in the long-standing handling of certain legal issues.
Due to current events, the lecturers will also address case law on the following topics:
- Term of agricultural business within the meaning of Section 5 Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 No. 1 BauNVO
- Consideration of negative impacts of entertainment venues at planning level
- Determination of the determination of walking, driving and management rights within the meaning of Section 9 Paragraph 1 No. 21 BauGB
- Removal order for a deteriorating structure
- Municipal statutes on the installation of advertising systems (foreign advertising alange – Euroformat)
Target group
Heads and employees of the building permit authorities, building regulations and building supervision offices, the objection authorities and municipal legal offices, employees of relevant departments as well as architects, freelance city planners and lawyers.
We will issue you with a certificate of participation for 5 hours of lectures at the event. This is also suitable for submission or recognition to the respective bar association in accordance with Section 15 FAO.
An application is being made for the event to be recognized as mandatory training by the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Architects.
