Changwon International Shooting Range from the 22nd to the 2nd of next month

Over 1,000 participants from 30 countries
Asia’s best gunfighters gather in Changwon.
The 15th Asian Shooting Championships will be held at the Changwon International Shooting Range for 12 days from the 22nd to the 2nd of next month. This competition, hosted by the Asian Shooting Federation and co-hosted by the Korea Shooting Federation and the Gyeongnam Shooting Federation, will feature fierce competition in 56 detailed events in 3 categories. More than 1,000 players and officials from 30 countries will participate, including 45 players ranked in the top 30 in the world rankings, so it is expected to show a high level of competition.
A total of 197 people from Korea will participate, including 175 players and 22 officials. In Gyeongnam, Changwon City Hall and Kyungnam University are competing for medals.
The Asian Shooting Championships, an officially approved competition held every four years by the International Shooting Federation and the Asian Shooting Federation, was held in Korea for the first time in 52 years since the 1971 Seoul Games. In particular, this competition is expected to result in even more heated competition as it grants 24 berths for the 2024 Paris Olympics and Olympic ranking points.
