A Carinthian must appear in court on Wednesday, December 6th. He is said to have illegally received AMS money for years.

The man is accused of unlawfully receiving social benefits such as AMS money between May 2017 and July 2020. According to information from the Klagenfurt public prosecutor’s office, he allegedly pretended to the employment service that he was only part-time employed. In fact, he is said to have earned much more. He therefore unlawfully received unemployment benefit and emergency assistance totaling 15,815.95 euros. He is charged by the Klagenfurt public prosecutor with serious commercial fraud.
