OSCE records more than 1,500 ceasefire violations in Donbas

More than 590 ceasefire violations were recorded in the Donetsk region, and almost a thousand in the Lugansk region.

On February 18, the OSCE recorded more than 1,500 ceasefire violations in Donbas. This is stated in the OSCE SMM report on Sunday, February 20.

In particular, in Donetsk region, the SMM recorded 591 ceasefire violations, including 553 explosions. And in the Luhansk region, the Mission recorded 975 ceasefire violations, including 860 explosions.

In addition, the OSCE SMM confirmed reports of a civilian casualty in Ukrainian-controlled Marinka, Donetsk region.

“The SMM continued to monitor disengagement areas near Stanytsia Luhanska, Zolote and Petrivske. ceasefire violations (including explosions) were observed near the disengagement areas near Stanytsia Luhanska and Zolote,” the report says.

On the eve of the day in the Donbass recorded 136 attacks, the APU lost. The enemy used weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements 116 times. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are responding adequately, the headquarters noted.

Also in the JFO zone since the beginning of the day 20 attacks, a soldier was wounded. The enemy fired from 122 and 152 mm artillery, 82 and 120 mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms.
