The accused acted together with another person, whose identity is unknown, and, armed with a firearm, stole the victim’s vehicle.
“The court accepted the request of the Prosecutor’s Office, considering that the accused represents a danger to the security of society and, therefore, decreed his provisional internment in a Semane center,” said the prosecutor (s) Johanna Irribarra. .
The Chillán Guarantee Court decreed a two-month deadline for the investigation.
