According to police, four unidentified individuals approached the teen.
After a heated argument, the attackers stabbed the young man in the leg and torso.
The victim was taken to Harlem Hospital in stable condition.
The criminals, all dressed in black, fled in an unknown direction and the investigation is ongoing.
