A 15-year-old boy took a very short ride in his father’s car in Yerseke. The car didn’t get far and ended up upside down between two parked cars. The boy was unharmed.
The teenager had already sat in the car because he was going to leave with his father. He started the vehicle and started driving, causing him to panic, according to police. He accidentally stepped on the accelerator instead of the brake, reports Broadcasting Zeeland.
The car then collided hard with a pole, was launched and landed upside down. Because it initially looked serious, emergency services rushed to the accident. But the boy managed to climb out of the car without any injuries.
No one else was injured. The boy’s parents are extremely shocked, the police said.
