A shooting took place in the Kardinaal de Jongstraat in Oss on Saturday evening around ten o’clock. A 15-year-old boy was injured. The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance. An air ambulance also landed for medical assistance. The perpetrator has fled.
Police told a 112 correspondent that the shooting on Schadewijkstraat happened at a dog walking field. The boy then allegedly staggered towards the Jumbo further away to seek help. He was picked up there by an ambulance.
The dog walking field has been cordoned off. There the police are looking for bullet casings. There is already a cone on the road, probably a casing has already been found there. The fire brigade is on its way with a light container so that trace investigations can be carried out.
