Close-knit team at the Central Nursing School masters Corona pandemic
15 trainees are happy about their nursing exams
They learned together, mastered the challenging Corona period together and in the end became a close-knit team: After three years of training, 15 trainees are happy about their successful graduation from the Central Nursing School of the Evangelical Hospital Community Herne | Castrop-Rauxel. The newly qualified nurses have now celebrated their passed exams together and particularly emphasized the cohesion of the course and the family atmosphere during the training.
Both factors played a major role in the prospective nursing professionals ultimately mastering the pandemic-related circumstances with flying colors at the start of their nursing training in September 2021. “With the support of each other, teachers and the practical instructors, everything went well,” summarized the two course leaders Denise Goitowski and Martin Hückelheim. Together with head teacher Kerstin Stiller, they are pleased that the good cooperation will continue after the exams: 13 of the 15 trained nursing professionals will remain with the Evangelical Hospital Community as colleagues.
The next training course starts on March 1, 2025. Anyone interested in the three-year training to become a nursing professional can find the relevant information online.
