FSV Waldbrunn 2 – Sportfreunde Hassmersheim 0:4
Waldbrunn. (pm) From the very beginning, Sportfreunde Haßmersheim, playing away at the Winterhauch, offered a well-constructed game. They dominated proceedings, as the FSV Waldbrunn 2 players needed a quarter of an hour to even get into the game. Consequently, the guests from the Neckar Valley managed to take an early lead in the fourth minute. The game continued to be characterized by many ball losses by the home team, which meant that the guests had repeated opportunities to control the game. Nevertheless, the whole game picked up pace from the 25th minute onwards, and FSV also had two good opportunities when a good header opportunity could not be utilized and the Haßmersheim goalkeeper carelessly wasted the ball in the 30th minute. Böhm’s shot did not find its way into the goal, however. The guests clearly had more scoring opportunities, however, scoring through the multi-legged defense to make it 0-2 in the 33rd minute.
The guests’ dominance on the field continued in the second half, while the FSV goalkeeper had several opportunities to distinguish himself. However, he was too late for a header in the 70th minute that made it 0-3. The fourth goal was scored in the 82nd minute.
The players from the Neckar Valley celebrated a 4-0 victory that was well deserved, and took three points from Winterhauch.
