Copenhagen:The Norwegian government expelled 15 Russian diplomats who were working in the Russian diplomatic office in Oslo. The action is accused of espionage.
Norway’s Foreign Minister Annikan Heufelt said that the action is to protect the country’s interests. They should leave the country as soon as possible. They were not doing things that should be done in a diplomatic position. Any intelligence officer applying for a Norway visa will no longer be granted a visa. He also said that the real diplomats of Russia can come to the country.
Russian media reported that the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will respond to Norway’s action. A year ago, Norway expelled three Russian spies.
