Baghdad is hosting the fourteenth session of the Arab Theater Festival, organized by the Arab Theater Authority, with performances, seminars and conferences lasting nine days, from the tenth to the eighteenth of January.
The media spokesman for the festival, director and author Ghannam Ghannam, introduced the event, which he described as the longest in time, with what will be accompanied by honors, winning competitions and performances, and important issues related to the father of the arts that will be discussed, in addition to an event that will be dedicated to women of the theater, including actresses and directors.

As for the message of the Arab Theater Day, which falls on the 10th of January, it is signed by the artist Nidal Al-Ashqar, who described the fourth art as the life that precedes life, and it is the one that returns a person to his soul and conscience, and connects him to his land, his history, and his future.
