DARMSTADT – Sedrat Albdewi, who has been missing since Saturday, May 28 (as previously reported), is still gone. As a spokeswoman for the southern Hesse police, Katrin Pipping, informed ECHO on Tuesday, there was nothing new in the young woman’s case. Therefore, she appeals again to the population: “If someone has seen the missing person in the meantime and can give the police information, we ask that you contact us immediately,” says Pipping.

For the progress of the investigations, which are related to the whereabouts of the 13-year-old missing from Darmstadt, the police had already contacted the public again at the end of June and hoped for further information from the population – in vain, as it now turns out.
1.50 meters tall and braces
As previously reported, 13-year-old Sedrat Albdewi, who was under the care of the Darmstadt youth welfare office, left the youth facility on Jägertorstrasse in an unknown direction on Saturday evening in May at around 8:30 p.m. After that she hadn’t returned. The girl is about 1.50 meters tall and has dark hair. On the day of her disappearance, she was wearing blue braces, light-colored trousers and a blue top. A headscarf covered her hair at that time.
