13 witnesses examined, including Tio Pakusadewo’s child in the case of Nikita Mirzani’s child

13 witnesses have been questioned regarding actress Nikita Mirzani’s report against him Vadel Badjideh in relation to consumers charged with the Child Protection Act. The police also explained the identity of witness A, who was said to be the son of a well-known agent.

The son of the actor Tio Pakusadewo was one of the witnesses who gave information.

“So it is true that the testimony given by one of the figure’s children (Tio Pakusadewo’s child) is correct,” South Jakarta Metro Police Public Relations PLH, AKP Nurma Dewi, said on Monday (30/9/2024).

Based on the evidence of legal authority Nikita MirzaniFahmi Bachmid, also from the police, the relationship between Nikita Mirzani’s child and Tio Pakusadewo’s child are friends.

“It just happened that the child or a friend of LM found out, then he heard. That’s what was given. The information from the witness that we expected was given by the child,” explained AKP Nurma Dewi.

Before that, Nikita Mirzani said that the main witness with the initials A was the son of an actor who was questioned at the South Jakarta Metro Police.

“Yes, that’s right (actor’s son) because this witness heard it, so we need A’s sister’s statement. Giving it to the investigator is the one he collected. At the same time, investigators collect information from witnesses who saw, heard and know about the case reported by NM,” said AKP Nurma Dewi at the South Jakarta Police some time ago.

Nikita Mirzani’s legal team, Fahmi Bachmid, only remembered that the witness with the initials A had contacted him and offered to be a witness but that he did not know his family history.

“I don’t know who the son is, it’s clear that he took his own initiative, I respect him, suddenly he called me, ‘Brother, I know, let me be your witness’. But I don’t know his background, maybe the inspector knows,” said Fahmi Bachmid.

Friends have the relationship between child A and Nikita Mirzani. A is said to know what happened between Nikita Mirzani and Vadel Badjideh’s child.

“Friends trust him. His friend (son of Nikita Mirzani) called at 2 in the night while he was crying, very close, and he knows a lot,” said Fahmi Bachmid.
