The platform presented 6 construction projects in the Al Raha area, namely the “Al Bandar project” for the real estate developer Aldar Real Estate Company, which includes 511 housing units, the “Aabar” project for the real estate developer Aabar Investments Company, which it comprises 292 housing units, and the under construction project “Al Raha Loft 1”, which is under construction, comprises 164 housing units and the project completion rate is 98.5%.
According to the platform, the “Al Raha Loft 2” project, with a completion rate of 99.89%, for the real estate developer Reportage Investment Company, helps to provide 110 housing units, and the “The View” project for the real estate sector property developer, Butina Real Estate Management, contributes to the supply of 77 housing units, while “The View” project contributes to the supply of 77 housing units Al-Jamam Building » for the property developer, Al-Dhabi Real Estate, to supply 74 units housing new housing units.
