A further 122 apartments are being built in the Bauwens Meinraum Munich West project.
The Meinraum Munich West project is entering the next phase: the construction of 122 apartments in the third construction phase of the project in the Lochhausen district has now begun. The work should be completed by autumn 2024. The project comprises a total of 450 residential units on an area of around 35,000 square meters.
Photovoltaic systems will be installed on the roofs of the six houses in the third construction phase, and a combined heat and power plant will also supply low-CO2 heat and electricity. The buildings meet the BEG 55 efficiency standard. The electricity generated by the photovoltaic systems is passed on to the residents in the form of a tenant electricity model.
