While waiting to try the two-wheel drive version of the IONIQ 5, the one with rear-wheel drive and lower fuel consumption, the new 800-volt technology will be represented by the “dual motor” with all-wheel drive. Kona Electric has to settle for a smaller battery, it is true, but it can count on a lower weight, the presence of a single motor to power and more compact dimensions, while remaining within the limits of charging at 400 volts.

TRAVEL


We will start from Carugate so that we can use the Enel X fast charging station to equalize the level of the two electric cars after the small movements necessary to gather the editorial staff. Both with 97% charge at the start (yes, we don’t like round numbers).

Once you have recharged, you will leave for Peschiera del Garda, an obligatory stop to retrieve Filippo at the station and thus proceed with the whole group. The car with three passengers will be free of luggage, loaded on the second car in order to balance the load and be as accurate as possible with the measurements.
