German girl was bullied and stabbed to death by violent female classmate
(AFP, Berlin, 11th) A shocking case broke out in Germany in March this year, in which a 12-year-old girl was killed with a knife by two violent female classmates after she told her teacher that she was being bullied. German prosecutors closed the case today on the grounds that the two accused girls were under the age of 14 for criminal prosecution.
After the incident, two girls, aged 12 and 13 respectively, were handed over to a children’s and juvenile institution for protection and custody on suspicion of killing Louise. The two confessed to the murder. According to German media reports at the time, Louise confided to a school teacher that he had been bullied by two girls for several months. After learning about it, the two girls became angry and retaliated against the victim.
Louise’s whereabouts remain unknown after leaving a friend’s home near Freudenberg in North Rhine-Westphalia in March. The next day her body was found in the woods not far from her home, with multiple stab wounds on her body.
Two 12- and 13-year-old girls who knew Louise later confessed to the killing.
