Mike Wimmer, a young American aged only 12, received his BAC and a college degree the same year. This gifted man took advantage of the time imposed by confinement to study. Result, he obtained his BAC at the high school Concord Academy, major of his class, and a diploma at the public university of Rowan-Cabarrus. He will receive his diplomas on May 21 and 28 respectively.
“I learn very quickly”
The latter represent in theory four years of study. “I am like a sponge. I learn really fast, ”Mike Wimmer told Southern Living, a regional magazine. Originally from Salisbury, North Carolina, he is passionate about robotics and computing.
The young American is at the head of two companies specializing in interactions on social networks. He would like to “invent something that will improve the lives of people, including that of the military”.
“A lot of people think that I gave up my childhood or that I somehow lost it,” he told the American press. “I tell them I’m having the best times of my life! I’m proud to be able to have a business meeting in Zoom and then, the next moment, go for miles on my knees playing with my Hot Wheels little cars. “
