At least 114 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) were added in the Seoul area on the 6th.
According to the city of Seoul, the number of confirmed cases in the city as of 6 p.m. on that day was 23,9061, an increase of 114 from 0 o’clock. There are 10 more new cases than the same time the day before.
The infection route of the new confirmed cases was 5 foreigners, 18 group infections, 66 contacts with confirmed cases, and 25 during the investigation.
Looking at major group infections, six confirmed cases related to nursing hospitals in Dongdaemun-gu were confirmed. The number of cumulative confirmed cases in the city related to this nursing hospital was 11.
The number of confirmed cases related to a raw fish restaurant in Nowon-gu increased by 5 to 22, and the number of confirmed cases related to hospitals in Dongdaemun-gu increased by 2 to 15.
One additional confirmed person was confirmed on the day of a restaurant in Yeongdeungpo-gu (accumulated 35 people) and a sauna in Eunpyeong-gu (accumulated 17 people).
