According to the social authority, 113 new corona cases were registered on Sunday. That is 164 cases less than on Saturday.
According to the authorities, a total of 50,305 people in the Hanseatic city have tested positive for the corona virus since the beginning of the pandemic. According to estimates by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), around 45,200 of these can now be regarded as recovered.

The number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in the past seven days fell slightly to 69.2. 306 corona patients are treated in Hamburg’s hospitals, 75 of whom are in intensive care.
Seven more deaths
According to the RKI, 1,223 people have died in connection with Covid 19 in the Hanseatic city since the beginning of the pandemic. This means that seven more deaths have been recorded within one day.
