The police arrested a 43-year-old man from the city of Groningen on Friday evening who hit the windows of buildings in Nieuwstad. The man showed annoying to others, the police reported on Sunday. When the man saw police officers approaching, he threw away a container with 21 wrappers of hard drugs. After the arrest, 3433 euros were also found in the clothing of the suspect.
