13.11: Cyclist injured after collision in Groningen
A cyclist was injured in a collision with a motorist on Winschoterweg in Groningen on Sunday afternoon.

The victim was rushed to hospital after being treated by paramedics.

It is not known how the accident could have happened. The police are investigating this. The road is closed from the Duinkerkenstraat towards the Euvelgunne industrial estate.

05.00: Container fire in Winschoten
In the night from Saturday to Sunday, the fire brigade turned out for a container fire behind candy store Mecca on the Venne in Winschoten.
