Two internationally wanted drug traffickers have been arrested in Lebanon. One of them, a 41-year-old man, is associated with illegal shipments of 840 and 750 kilos of cocaine intercepted in 2021 in the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp.

A man was injured last night in an accident on the A16 near Ridderkerk. This accident happened before the eyes of police officers from the National Unit, they saw a motorist passing by at 230 km/h and just wanted to start the chase.

In the crash, the suspect hit a passing car, the occupant of which was rushed to hospital. The blow was so great that, in addition to the police, an ambulance and the Mobile Medical Team rushed to the scene. The fire service eventually had to free the victim from the car due to an entrapment.
