The contractor had an argument with the resident of the house on Rodenburgstraat unpaid invoices. The altercation got so out of hand that the resident hit the contractor on the head with a rock. He then retrieved a firearm from his company car. Two pavers who were working nearby tried to calm things down, but were shot down by the man.
