A man has died in a collision between several cars and a truck on the A65 in Berkel-Enschot. The accident happened around 2 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
The accident involved four cars, a van and a truck. The fire brigade, police and several ambulances are present at the scene of the accident. An air ambulance also landed on the highway. According to a correspondent, the fragments of the car wrecks are scattered on the road.
The A65 is closed between Tilburg and Berkel-Enschot in the direction of Den Bosch. According to Rijkswaterstaat, the road will be closed until at least ten o’clock tonight. Traffic is being diverted via Eindhoven.
