Police arrested two young men (17 and 19 years old) in Tilburg for carrying drugs. The two were on a moped without a helmet and were driving on the Stokhasseltlaan cycle path. When the officers stopped them, they were unable to identify themselves. The agents decided to check the driver’s bag because he smelled strongly of hemp. He turned out to be drugs. It consisted of a “commercial quantity” of cocaine, hemp, hashish, ecstasy and MDMA, packaged in dozens of small bags. The men were arrested. They were released after a night in jail.
