The left lane of the A67 motorway near Someren in the direction of Venlo was closed due to an accident. After the accident, a traffic jam of 8 kilometers had developed from the Leenderheide junction. The extra travel time was then 45 minutes, but by half past five the problems were over.
A little further on, also in the direction of the south, a truck with a flat tire has been parked on the A2 for some time. This led to traffic jams and delays for traffic between the Ekkersweijer and De Hogt interchanges. The right lane was closed for a while to give the emergency services space. There was also a queue on the connecting N2 between the Batadorp and Leenderheide interchanges.
On the A58 it was once again a hit at Moergestel. Up to the Batadorp junction, there was a traffic jam of 12 kilometers in the evening rush hour, which meant a delay of about half an hour. Here the problems also arose due to a truck with a breakdown.
