As part of its historic 10-year anniversary celebrations as the primary credit card issuer for the Aeroplan program, The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TSX: TD) announced a contest to award more than 285,000 prizes of Aeroplan points, including a grand prize of 10 million points, and 10 prizes of 1 million points each.
This contest aims to mark the anniversary of the partnership between TD and Aeroplan, which began in January 2014. In total, more than 1 million Canadians have accumulated more than 300 billion points and visited some 1,800 destinations around the world, with Air Canada and more than 45 partners. TD and Aeroplan are excited about the number and scale of some of these prizes, which will help winners achieve their travel goals.
About the competition
- The TD Aeroplan 10th Anniversary Contest will run from November 7, 2024 at 12:01 a.m. ET to November 16, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- It is open to all primary cardholders of an eligible, active TD Aeroplan card in good standing.

Where can you go with 10 million Aeroplan points?
With 10 million Aeroplan points, you can make up to 57 Montreal-Porto round trips or 55 Vancouver-Singapore round trips (in economy class). Even the second prize winners, 1 million Aeroplan points, would have enough to fly up to 6 Toronto-Delhi round trips (in economy class)[1].
