100,000th ‘Fendt 700 Vario’ tractor produced

On July 25, 2024, the 100,000th ‘Fendt 700 Vario’ tractor rolled off the conveyor in the German city of Marktoberdorf.

For 25 years, the 700 series has been popular with agriculture and contractors. Each of the seven generations surprised again with new technical solutions.

Tractors of this series are used on farms and fields on all continents, as well as in the non-agricultural sector.

A small turning radius and high performance with low fuel consumption have always won the reputation of this series. No other tractor in Germany was registered as often as the old flagship model Fendt 724 Vario. In total, 33 awards were received in nine categories, which indicates the continuous development of the series from 1999 to the present day.

Fendt Chairman of the Board Christoph Greblinghoff, confirming the success of the tractor models, said: “The Fendt 700 Vario has evolved with each generation of drivers to meet increasing demands: more power, fuel consumption lower, mobility and more comfort. a great tractor even better – that was and still is the company’s ambition.”
