Thank​ you! ​It’s been a long road, ⁢but definitely worth it. I’ve struggled ​with my weight for years, but​ this time, something clicked. I⁤ was tired of feeling sluggish and unhealthy. when ⁣I saw the scale hit over 200 pounds, I knew I had to ​make a change.





What were the ⁤biggest challenges you faced along the ‌way?





Consistency was ‍my ⁢biggest hurdle. I’d‍ try different diets and‍ exercise routines, but I’d always end up falling off track. This time, I committed to making⁢ sustainable changes to my lifestyle.





What strategies did you find most helpful⁢ in overcoming these challenges?





I started by focusing on my diet.I embraced a‍ low-carb approach,‍ filling my ⁢plate with lots of vegetables and protein. ​It wasn’t about ⁣restriction, but rather making healthier choices. I also started ⁢walking every day, gradually increasing my steps until I was hitting 10,000. Than I added strength training and other workouts to my routine.
