Building block manufacturer Lego is now also making music. The Danes are releasing their first album under the title White Noise. It’s supposed to help you relax.
Billund (Denmark) – The music world has grown by one artist. But behind the interpreter “Lego” there is no musician in the conventional sense: it is actually about the world-famous terminal blocks!
–
Pretty much everyone should know the sound when two Lego bricks are put together. Or when you have to laboriously pull them apart because something was put together incorrectly. Music was now made out of this.
But not just from these two sounds, of course. As the world-famous company from Denmark explained, designers have recorded a total of 10,000 sounds that are created when playing with the terminal blocks. From this, seven tracks, each half an hour long, were then produced.
“The music should help the listeners to find a moment of relaxation in their busy life”, the Danes explain their extraordinary project.
Lego commissioned a study that found that almost three-quarters (73 percent) of adults were in their early peak phase, according to a statement Corona-Pandemie looking for new ways to relax.

The Danish company originally developed the music to accompany the construction of the “Botanical Collection”. Because Lego recently launched two sets on the market in which a bouquet of flowers is to be constructed from 756 parts or a bonsai tree from 878 individual parts.
A harmonious, musical background would be particularly suitable for these sets. But apparently not only Lego fans are looking for new ways to relax, which is why the music can be streamed worldwide without having to buy the building sets first.
The 30-minute titles cannot be compared to classical music. They rather pick up tones that are reminiscent of a gust of wind blowing through a bouquet of flowers, simulate a wild waterfall or reproduce the typical rustling in bags full of Lego bricks.
In fact, the sounds are so coherent that you can listen to it for several minutes at a time and find peace.
