The new bonus is called water and has some limitations on how much and how to submit the application.
There is a new one bonus which moves the corridors of the Ministry of Ecological Transaction: it is called the water bonus and is dedicated to those who want to buy taps and sanitary ware. There is a limit that the law establishes: 1000 euro.
Obviously, the legislator has also taken care to indicate a deadline within which it is possible to advance the request, and it’s June 30th. From the following day, the platform accessed will no longer be available. The Ministry on its website explained that by that date you must ask for a refund for the amount spent in 2021 on the purchase of tools aimed at improving water consumption. Until that date, taxpayers who replace ceramic sanitary ware with new reduced drain appliances, or taps, shower heads and shower columns with new limited water flow appliances, can request the water bonus of 1.000 euro.
What is the water bonus
These are bonuses of up to 1000 euros. It is reserved for adult citizens residing in Italy, holders of property rights or other real rights, or even personal rights of enjoyment, on existing buildings, parts of existing buildings or individual real estate units. In particular, reimbursements can be requested for interventions that were carried out from 1 January to December 31, 2021 for the replacement of ceramic sanitary vessels with new reduced-drain appliances; replacement of existing taps, shower heads and shower columns with new water flow limiting appliances. Also included in the bonus are the expenses incurred for the related works, the dismantling and decommissioning of pre-existing systems.
Water bonus, how to apply
The request it must be presented by the people who have undergone the interventions for the energy improvement of the home. There request it will be presented in a single form, even if there were more than one interventions during the year. An invoice accumulation service is thus envisaged which will make it possible to request the full amount of the expenses incurred. The only limitation that is placed is that of one thousand euros. Furthermore, you can ask for a single property and for the same owner of the property.
