iPhone, iPad, and Mac have become common tools for many people’s work. If everyone in the meeting has an Apple device in hand, you can try the latest “Freeform” app.
The “Freeform” app is designed for team collaboration and supports up to 100 iPhone, iPad and Mac devices to connect simultaneously. You can also easily invite others to collaborate on the whiteboard in the app or collaborate with others in a FaceTime call . Whiteboard content can also be stored in iCloud, so users can stay in sync across devices.
The “Freeform” app also provides a variety of brush styles and color options, which is convenient for users to draw by hand or paste files for reference. The supported file types are also quite extensive, including photos, videos, audios, documents, PDFs, website links and map location links, sticky notes, shapes, diagrams, etc. Users can even add images or scanned documents directly to the whiteboard via the iPhone and iPad cameras.
From now on, the “Freeform” App is available for free on all iPhones, iPads and Macs that support iOS 16.2, iPadOS 16.2 or macOS Ventura 13.1. Users who need it can download and try it via the App Store.
