With effect from 3 January, Fundermax takes over the three companies Hubregtse BV, Papiboard BV and West Pack Emballasje AS of the Dutch Hubregtse group. The three companies operate production facilities in the Netherlands and Norway and will be integrated into the Fundermax Group with approximately 50 employees.

Fundermax acquires 100% of each of the three companies. The local management will in future be supported by the management of Ranheim Paper & Board and Fundermax. After the sale, Hubregtse operates the remaining three group locations and produces special applications from solid carton. “We warmly welcome our new colleagues to the Fundermax family,” says Schöbitz.
International packaging specialists
Hubregtse BV and Papiboard BV operate two production sites in the Netherlands, West Pack Emballasje AS one production site in Norway. The companies are highly specialized in solid cardboard packaging for the fishing industry and mainly supply customers in Northern Europe and South America. Ranheim Paper & Board has been part of the Fundermax group since 2019 and produces kraft paper and packaging solutions from 100% recycled paper in Ranheim, Norway.
