The reason for the Havana syndrome may be a deliberate directing of energy, Moscow’s intervention admits
About 100 CIA agents and their families are among more than 200 U.S. officials affected by a mysterious disease called Havana Syndrome, CIA chief William Burns said Thursday. The suffering includes acute migraines and dizziness, Reuters reported.

Burns also said that in December, researchers from the US National Academy of Sciences found that the syndrome was caused by directing rays of energy.
Burns said there was a “high probability” that the syndrome was caused intentionally, and that Russia may be responsible, Reuters reported. However, the final conclusions will be made after the end of the investigation.
