10 steps to take if your ticket has expired

Is your newsletter expiring? You must know that you have the obligation to exchange it at least 15 days before the expiry date.

If you don’t want to leave, however, on the last hundred meters, you can request a new identity document even 6 months before it expires.

It is preferable to take safety measures because the lists of appointments for changing the bulletin are quite long, and if you are pressed for time or circumstances, you risk not finding an available place.

Here are 10 steps you need to take to get a new ID:

Necessary documents for changing the bulletin

• birth certificate (copy and original);
• identity card and voter’s card, as the case may be;
• marriage certificate, spouse’s death certificate, final and irrevocable divorce decrees, other documents regarding change of name / first name in original and copy;
• the documents with which the proof of the domicile address is made and, as the case may be, the one with which the proof of the residence address is made, in original and copy;
• the receipt representing the value of the identity card in the amount of 7 lei

If the requester for the issuance of the identity document is not the holder of the documents proving the home address, the presence of the owner with the identity document is also required (a declaration of reception of the host in the space is required, accompanied by his ownership document ).
