There are many foods that cause eating at certain times, problems with digestion, indigestion and stomach problems, according to what was mentioned on the “zenfir” website.
1- Bananas:
Never eat it on an empty stomach, because it is one of the foods that are most harmful to the body when consumed at the wrong time.
And bananas, when eaten on an empty stomach, make you feel tired the rest of the day, because the high sugar content in them boosts your energy in the first few hours, but later you will feel hungry and very tired, and it also poses a danger to people who suffer from intestinal problems and diarrhea.
2- Rice:
You should avoid eating rice, especially before bed, as it contains complex carbohydrates that take a long time to be digested, as well as its high calories that increase your weight, so it is advised to eat rice in the hours of lunch and not dinner.
3- Cheese:
Cheese is high in fat, so it is considered one of the other harmful foods that harm your body, as you eat it before bedtime, because it is difficult to digest, and conversely, eating cheese in the morning provides your body with calcium for healthy bones and teeth.
4- Grilled meat:
Grilled meat should be consumed at least three to four hours before bedtime, because it is dangerous to eat it immediately before bedtime, since it is burdensome and difficult for the digestive system to digest these meats, which causes indigestion.
5- Nuts:
Nuts, such as cheese, are also harmful foods and need a longer digestion time. Therefore, they should be avoided at night, but they can be eaten between meals or at breakfast to benefit from their benefits.
6- milk:
Milk is not easily digested, so eating it at breakfast in addition to other foods can cause stomach upset and heartburn, so it is best to take it warm in the evening and before bed to calm the body and promote a peaceful sleep at night.
7- Coffee:
Drinking coffee before meals can lead to a high level of caffeine in the body, so it is best to avoid drinking coffee as soon as you wake up before meals.
8- Yogurt:
Yogurt is full of lactic acid, which spoils the digestive process immediately after the main meal or on an empty stomach. The acid reduces the acidity of your stomach and slows down the digestive process when eating the main meals, so it is best to eat yogurt one to two hours after eating a meal.
9- Apples:
It contains natural acids and fibers, but consuming it at night increases gas in the stomach, reduces bowel movements and slows down the digestive process, which leads to a feeling of discomfort.
10 – beans:
The high fiber in beans causes stomach bloating, which is why they should not be consumed before bed to prevent indigestion or bloating.
