4. Avocado
Avocados are known as one of the superfood. Rich in potassium, magnesium, fiber, and unsaturated fats, this one fruit can make your heart healthier.
Avocados also contain carotenoids and tocopherols that can lower the risk of cancer.
Not only that, the study also found that consumption of a piece of avocado reduced levels of inflammatory markers NF-kB and IL-6.
