1-year-old child died after being hit in the driveway of a daycare center in Sint-Job-in-‘t-Goor

The accident happened around 4.30 pm. A car, entering the driveway of the nursery, hit a girl of 1 year and 3 months. The child was rushed to the UZA, but did not survive.

The exact circumstances of the accident are not yet known. The public prosecutor’s office has sent a traffic expert on site to map everything. The driver of the car was in shock.
