Completed university degree, preferably in the fields of human resource management or computer science Relevant work experience Distinct knowledge in SAP HCM (preferably PY, PT, TM), SAP Fiori, SuccessFactors, Perview and in SAP HCM BW Above-average IT affinity and analytical skills Experience in the implementation of projects Willingness to change and shape
