The Qapa interim agency conducted a large survey to better understand the expectations of the French in relation to the coronavirus vaccine, particularly within the scope of the company. The results give food for thought.

At a time when many questions relate to the possible vaccination in the workplace, the 100% online interim agency Qapa wanted to know the opinion of the French on this subject and carried out a survey of a panel of 4.5 million people.
Here are the highlights of this survey.
57% (only) French people are able to give their opinion on the coronavirus vaccine
Open dialogue
51% of French people are ready to be vaccinated if it is a proposal from their employer
56% of French people are ready to be vaccinated if it is a request from their employer
52% of French people are ready to be vaccinated to work more serenely
52% of French people are “for” compulsory vaccination in societies (48% say they are “against”)
No requests for sanctions
56% of respondents express the desire to know if their work colleagues have been vaccinated or not
82% of respondents do not want to prohibit access to the company to “non-vaccinated”
79% of respondents are against the dismissal of people refusing to be vaccinated (which is, let us be precise, prohibited by law)
welfare state
39% of respondents believe that it is up to the French state to financially support the vaccine
33% of respondents believe that it is up to the company to pay for the vaccine
27% of respondents believe that it is up to the employees to pay for the vaccine
Are the companies ready?
21% of respondents say their society is suitable for vaccination
35% of respondents believe there is still room for improvement to achieve this
44 % of those surveyed believe that their company does not have the technical and human resources for safe vaccination
We can only applaud the Qapa investigation for the size of its sample and the points of concern and potential tension that it brings to light.
