One person was killed and four others were injured after a semi-truck crashed into a residence in Mesa, Arizona. Police are still investigating how the accident happened.
The vehicle deviated from a road Thursday evening, passing through a concrete wall before crashing into a house.
According to the Mesa Police Department, 10 people, including children, were inside the house when the accident occurred. Five people were injured, two of them in critical condition. One of the seriously injured victims later died, local media reported, citing police. The driver was among the injured.
Dozens of emergency vehicles rushed to the scene and police closed the road.

Neighbors were forced to temporarily evacuate the area over fears the crash may have caused a fuel or gas leak. However, they received the green light shortly thereafter.
Authorities are still trying to determine the circumstances of the accident.
