We invite you to the online performance sharing session of 《2045 Habitable Cities》!

This year, we conducted our first local project, “2045 (In)Livable City,” in Dangjin, Chungcheongnam-do. It began to examine where the ‘electricity’ we use is produced and where it moves within the relationship between Dangjin and Seoul. We sought to look back on the human-centered urban system in an era of technological optimism through the movement of resources and dynamics between regions.
So 📢seminar, 📢Workshop-based installation and performance, 📢Local tours, etc. were held. also 📢Artworks were created based on local research. (Of course, the local project starting this year will continue next year!)
On the afternoon of the first Saturday in December, we will hold a sharing event to introduce the results of our consideration and progress while traveling between Dangjin and Seoul. We hope you will have time to rediscover the potential of the region through a cultural and artistic approach with us.

PUBLIC PUBLIC is a research organization and content curation platform that studies the possibility of expanding art with social value and experiments with discourse production, including post-mortem research and criticism.
PP PICK regularly contains news and commentary on artistic activities and practices taking place in the city’s cracks. We also seek to mediate an art ecosystem that responds to intervention and participation through various programs that focus on mutual communication between artworks and the public (audience).
