Microsoft has applied many changes to Windows 10 in recent years. They are improvements and corrections that are necessary and essential for this system to be better and with a unique performance and at the height of what is required.
However, there are some changes that users do not understand or welcome. Among them is the removal of some tools that there are several found in Windows. A new one seems to be preparing to be optional in Windows 10 soon.
Tools to disappear from Windows 10
As has been revealed for a few months, Microsoft has started to change some tools in Windows 10. These become optional and are not originally present on this system. We are talking about Paint, Notepad and WordPad, which have been disappearing.
These are now optional applications and must be installed as an extra in Windows 10. The reasons for this range from their age to the possibility of being developed and updated in parallel and without depending on system updates.
The cropping tool is as follows
This scenario seems to extend, however, to another Microsoft proposal. We are talking about the Clipping Tool, which until now was present in Windows 10. Microsoft has developed a new proposal and now wants to make the first one as an option.
Soon, and on a fresh installation of the Microsoft system, the Crop tool will be absent and the Crop and Layout tool will become the default. However, whoever wants to, can install the older proposal in Windows 10 extras.
Microsoft makes it optional on their system
The default for the future should be Crop and Layout, the default application for capturing images in Windows. With this change, Microsoft forces the update and certainly the renewal of its applications to the new proposals, with more functionalities and better user interfaces.
It is not yet known in which new version this change will occur. The Crop tool probably won't be removed right away, leaving the user with the decision to keep it or choose Cut and Design thereafter.
