In a conference call announcing performance for the third quarter of 2024 held on the 8th, KT said about its method of operating an artificial intelligence conversion (AX) specialized company to be established with Microsoft (MS) in the first quarter of next year, saying, “AI will be provided to customers with internal AX conversion needs. “Our biggest role is to provide cloud-based technical consulting,” he said. “What differentiates us is that we provide a POV (Point of View) report on what results customers can see through consulting.”
He continued, “The AX specialized company’s workforce will start with about 100 people comprised of experts from inside and outside KT, and the final size will be determined later,” and added, “It will play the most important role in increasing KT’s sales.”
