In the preference for the next presidential candidate, the Democratic Party’s representative Lee Nak-yeon’s approval rating fell sharply, and the results of a public opinion poll showed that Gyeonggi Governor Lee Jae-myeong took first place.
As a result of the Gallup Korea’s own questionnaire about 1,000 people aged 18 or older about their preference for the next political leader,
Gyeonggi Governor Lee Jae-myeong took the first place with 23%, Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol was 13%, and Lee Nak-yeon was 10%.
While Governor Lee hit his highest in the Gallup survey, Lee plunged 6 percentage points.
Among the Democratic Party supporters, Governor Lee’s preference was 43%, far ahead of Lee by 20%.
In addition, in Gwangju and Jeolla, the garden of CEO Lee, the Governor’s preference was 28%, higher than that of 21%.
The margin of error for this survey is ±3.1% with a 95% confidence level.
