North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is reported to be preparing for economic hardships, such as reducing actual consumption, while encouraging the achievement of economic goals by whipping cabinets and executives day after day.

However, we are interested in whether we can overcome fundamental limitations such as power shortages and raw materials shortages in the situation of border closures and sanctions against North Korea.
