[정치][현장영상] “Weekend Distance Pangarum Junction…Participation in quarantine prevention”

[앵커]

At this time, the Seoul City Hall is holding a meeting of the Corona 19 Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters presided over by Prime Minister Jeong Sye-gyun.

Let’s listen to the comments of Prime Minister Chung’s meeting a while ago.

It’s a situation where you can’t relax at all.

From next weekend, the Christmas and New Year holidays will continue for two weeks in a row.

As usual, there will be many gatherings and events between family, friends, and neighbors while spending the year in an excited atmosphere. This year, we should spend the end of the year quietly for each other’s safety.

With the thought that I will protect the health and safety of loved ones first, I hope you spend the year-end and New Year holidays closer to your mind while your body is far away.

One week before Christmas, the number of confirmed cases from religious facilities has increased five times compared to two weeks ago, raising concerns.

At each end of the year, please make sure that religious events are switched to non-face-to-face or online during the year-end and New Year holidays, and strictly observe the quarantine regulations such as small meetings and no meals.

With the recent outbreak of group infection in ski resorts, I am worried that leisure facilities in winter will become the catalyst for the spread of Corona 19.

Ski resorts are often lined up or crowded, making it difficult to keep a distance, and employees often work together to solve their accommodation and meals, making them vulnerable to infection.

In addition, recently, the so-called season rooms, which are shared lodgings, are operating near ski resorts, and the risk of infection is very high due to the nature of an unspecified number of people in a small space.

Unlike general lodging establishments, it is not easy to understand the current situation, and many point out that it is a blind spot for quarantine.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, please consult with the quarantine authorities to quickly come up with effective quarantine measures.

This weekend will be a major turning point in deciding whether to adjust the distance phase.

I sincerely urge all the people to join forces to practice participatory quarantine so that we do not face much greater inconvenience and pain than we are now.

Thank you.
